Unlike some of our competitors, we cook our meat onsite from scratch (unless off-site cooking has been requested) We use sustainably sourced premium charcoal in our transportable spits, no nasty chemicals. Sure, on site cooking from scratch will take a little longer however we can assure you will be devouring succulent meats - whether it be a boneless leg of Tasmanian Lamb or a whole free-range Porker.
